This research-based tool explores five key factors that contribute to high performance and thriving in legal practice, and will provide you with personalised insights and practical strategies for your interest.

ASPIRE Index explores topics related to stress, resilience, self-regulation and professional challenges that may touch on mental health and behavioural themes. While the content is designed to be supportive and constructive, some questions may prompt reflection on personal experiences.
